What is your shipping policy?

All domestic orders qualify for free shipping! Allow 4-7 business days for domestic shipping. Expedited (2-day or overnight) shipping service also available.

What is your return policy?

We are happy to assist you with a return or exchange on your order, as long as the return is processed within 30 days of purchase. The item must be in brand new condition. Simply contact us at sales@bucksleathergoods.com and we will be happy to assist.

Can I exchange my product?

Of course! We will be happy to assist you with next steps. Simply give us a shout mentioning your order number and exchange preference and we will assist accordingly. Please email sales@bucksleathergoods.com

Are you able to ship my product internationally?

Yes! We absolutely provide shipping internationally using DHL Express. Please note, your Country may have specified taxes/duties/customs fees that you will be responsible for. 

What is your monogram policy?

We would love to collaborate with you to customize your product! Simply include the text requested in the monogram section of the product page when adding to cart. Please note, personalized products do not qualify for returns/refunds.

Are your products ecofriendly?

Our leather is naturally tanned using vegetable tanned leather method. Vegetable tanned leather is the most environmentally friendly process as natural extracts are utilized to tan the leather, using natural and organic tannins. They come from vegetables or trees and infused within the grains.

Furthermore, very limited use of electricity is required for this process making it very Eco friendly. The best part is that no synthetic substances are used throughout the process!
